I am a fully qualified Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience offering assessment and therapy for a wide range of mental health and wellbeing difficulties.

I offer specialist assessments, with a particular focus on ADHD and Autism Screening and full diagnostic assessments. In addition, I provide learning disability assessments, memory assessments for concerns about forgetfulness and neuropsychological input for people following brain injury.

I also provide therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma (including birth trauma), self-confidence and self-esteem difficulties, relationship or work-related stress and postpartum depression/psychosis.

Alongside individual therapy, I provide Couples and Relationship Therapy, drawing on years of experience working with couples and families. Systemic therapy can support those experiencing relationship difficulties, family conflict or those wanting to explore aspects of their relationships in a safe, collaborative space.
