Hello, I’m Shivon from the Mindfulness Uplift — an accredited and qualified Mindfulness Now Teacher, trained with the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation. My passion is making mindfulness accessible, supportive, and transformative for people from all walks of life.
The Mindfulness Now Programme
